1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the FlexWork site and services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Service

FlexWork connects workers to short-term jobs and companies to talent in Japan. It includes user and company management, job posting and management, bank transfers, support tickets, reports, and system logs.

3. Registration and Accounts

Registration is required to use the worker, company, or admin areas. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

Use for illegal purposes, false information, or to harm other users is prohibited. FlexWork may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation.

5. Payments and Liability

Use of payment features is subject to the platform's rules. FlexWork acts as an intermediary; the relationship between company and worker is the responsibility of the parties, under Japanese law.
